Jules Shell Jules is a co-founder and the executive director of Foundation Rwanda (www.foundationrwanda.org). She worked as creative director at the Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies and Reboot, a non-profit looking at generational shifts in identity and community before leaving to help start Foundation Rwanda in 2007. Jules shot the video for Foundation Rwanda’s short Emmy-nominated “Intended Consequences” film.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
